- Solo-built the Foundry Production Management System — a production ERP running live at banaerp.netlify.app, with heat-centric, pattern-driven, grade-aware traceability from customer order through to dispatch.
- Delivered 40+ functional modules spanning Customer / Casting / Pattern / Grade masters, production planning, heat entry with charge mix & chemistry, quality & inspection (chemical, mechanical, NDT), dispatch, sales, purchase, vendor management, accounting, approvals workflow, RBAC, audit log and reports.
- Authored 63+ SQL migrations evolving the PostgreSQL schema; designed normalized data models and a full RESTful API layer in Node.js / Express.
- Integrated AI insights (OpenAI GPT-4o + Anthropic Claude) into production dashboards, and built Tally sync for accounting interoperability.
- Built the frontend in React 18 + TailwindCSS + shadcn/ui with Recharts visualizations, React Hook Form + Zod validation and JWT/Supabase auth.
